FRM-92095: Oracle Jnitiator version too low – please install version 1.1.8.2 or higher
Solution:
Install Java 6. If Java 6 & 7 both are present then use the option for Java 6 when forms open, it gives check box to select. Or remove Java 7 if not needed.
