oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Illegal method call because there is no database connection.
Suddenly Application stopped working and it throw below error:

Also,
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.
Solution:
1) Source the Application environment file.
2) Stopped the whole Application Services.
using ./adstpall.sh apps/apps
3) Run autoconfig.sh at application level.
./autoconfig.sh
It will ask the apps password
4) Start the application.
./adstral.sh apps/apps
5) Issue got resolved .
